Corporate Governance
According to the German Transparency and Disclosure Act, every publicly quoted company is required to state once a year, if the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code are being complied with or which ones are not being adhered to. On November 12th 2002, the Board members and the Supervisory Board of ARBOmedia AG delivered the first such declaration.
