to § 15a WpHG in the version of "Anlegerschutzverbesserungsgesetz (act about improving the protection of investors)" all transactions with emitter's shares of persons who are performing managerial functions with the emitter as well as of persons standing in close relationsship to such person have to be communicated and published without delay.

Also the Corporate Governance Codex recommends such a publication under point 6.6.. The respective transactions are listed in the following:
