By exploiting the empowerment issued by the annual general meeting of 20th of July 2006, the rights of usufruct will be granted until the 1st of July 2013.
ARBOmedia AG is going to use this financial inflow for investments in media stakes in Central as well as Eastern Europe. Thus the existing marketing treaties can be assured and broadened.
Dr. Georg Bogner, Chairman of the Board: “With the emission of these rights of usufruct we are going to set the course for our further expansion in media marketing. The financial inflow allows ARBOmedia to acquire profitable and promising media stakes in Central as well as Eastern Europe.”
