ARBOmedia AG continues its successful international expansion by establishing its new subsidiary in Russia.

The newly established company ARBOmedia Moscow will in the first phase focus on two business segments. On one hand online advertising sales – where ARBOmedia AG can gain relevant competitive advantages for the Russian market by means of technology and the support of ARBOmedia Poland, the Polish online market leader. On the other hand the activities of ARBOvision in the segments of direct und cross marketing, which have been successfully launched on other Eastern European markets will be implemented. The management of the subsidiary will be taken over by Mr. Ruslan Skorobogatov. In the past Mr. Skorobogatov has been in several leading positions on the Russian market and joins us form Ren TV, an investment of the RTL-Group. Through these competitive advantages the new subsidiary will significantly contribute to the results of the company already starting from 2008.
