ARBOmedia AG (WKN 548930), Europe’s largest independent sales house for marketing advertising, intensifies the expansion of their subsidiary European Media Investment AG (EMI). By launching the new EMI AG, ARBOmedia AG aims at expanding their activities on the developing Romanian market. By gaining currently six shares in publishing and printing businesses as well as new and re-launches of magazines and high-quality daily newspapers, ARBO group intends to establish a wide network of regional Romanian daily newspapers. In the near future, further stategic majority holdings in publishing houses in the Eastern European market are planned. The revenue of EMI group will mainly be generated by newspaper sales and sale of their advertising space. With regard to the sale of advertising space, EMI group will be supported by ARBOmedia S.R.L., an affiliated company. Today the shares of EMI have been listed in the Open Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Previously, ARBOmedia AG had restocked shares again from 80% up to 85,8%.
