Today ARBOmedia AG publishes its preliminary financial figures for the first nine months 2007. In the period of January the 1st 2007 until September the 30th 2007 ARBOmedia achieved revenues amounting to 52.3 million Euros (54.9 million Euros in the previous year period). This allowed reducing the missing turnover of the first half year by 1.2 Mio. Euro. Thereby its gross profit could be improved by 33.6 percent up to 9.9 million Euros (7.4 million Euros in the previous year period). The gross margin ratio consequently climbed from 13.55 percent up to 18.9 percent. The result of operations increased from 747 thousand Euros in the first nine months of 2006 to henceforth 1.070 thousand Euros, which represents an increase of 43.2 %. The financial figures after tax could also be advanced significantly: After a profit of 361 thousand Euros in the first nine months of 2006 ARBOmedia achieved a net profit of 497 thousand Euros in the same period of 2007. The earnings per share amount 0.13 Euros (0.08 Euros in the first nine months of 2006). The Board of Directors came to the assumption that the figures shown today will not materially chance in respect of the final figures. The quarterly report will be available by November the 27th on our website www.arbomedia.net. Particulars: The expiring contract with Board Member Mr. Gregor Battistini will in mutual agreement not be prolonged. After 6 years of activities for the group Mr. Battistini wants to concentrate on new challenges.
