03/31/2004 - ARBOmedia extends Management Board


Munich - Effective April 1st 2004, the Supervisory Board of ARBOmedia AG appointed Dr. Bronislav Kvasnicka and Gregor Battistini Members of the Management Board of the pan-European advertising sales house. Both have been working for the company for several years and are in leading positions in the Munich Headquarters since 2001. The tasks within the Management Board now headed by three people remain the same. Kvasnicka will take the responsibility of the Board sector Sales, Marketing and Technology in future, while Battistini presides over the financial resort. In his function as Chairman of the Board, Dr. Georg Bogner will be responsible for the realisation of the business objectives and the company's plans. Dr. Georg Bogner is looking forward to the Board extension by two experienced partners: "After more than three years of the consolidation phase, we have finalized the restructuring measures within our company on a European level. With this arrangement, we optimally bundle the responsibilities and are an even stronger and more efficient partner for the media we represent as well as for our clients and investors".
