07/30/2004 - ARBOmedia AG's Annual General Meeting confirms all Agenda Items


Munich, 29 July 2004 - On the occasion of the 4th Annual General Meeting of the ARBOmedia AG, the agenda items submitted by the Board and Supervisory Board have been confirmed today with a clear majority. In front of the 50 attending shareholders, representatives of the shareholders and guests, Dr. Georg Bogner, Chairman of the Board with ARBOmedia AG, stated: "The consequent implementation of our business strategy during the past years for the first time brought about positive results after taxes for the ARBOmedia AG in the first half year of 2004. In order to continue with the successful management of our company in future, we will enter profitable business sectors and markets, which will help increase the profitability of the ARBOmedia AG." The main agenda items were the discharge of the Board and Supervisory Board as well as the election of the new auditor. All agenda items have been confirmed with more than 99% of the capital entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
