Munich, October 4th, 2004 – ARBOvision, the subsidiary of the media sales house ARBOmedia, wins Markiza TV, the biggest private TV station in the Slovak Republic, to use its advertising disposition system AdLounge. AdLounge organizes and structures holistically the complex sales process of advertising space in the TV, radio and print sector.
The official peoplemetre system will be implemented in Slovakia soon. In due time for the launch, the media management system AdLounge will be installed as a bespoke solution with the Slovak TV market leader. Since the ARBOmedia AG has extended its business activities with the brand ARBOvision in autumn last year, the sophisticated management software is thus used for the first time by a TV station beyond the media portfolio of ARBOmedia in Slovakia. The system was developed together with MIS s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and has been successfully used by all ARBOmedia subsidiaries as well as by leading stations like Prima TV in the Czech Republic or Pop TV in Slovenia for several years. With Pop TV and the new customer Markiza TV, already two of the biggest TV stations within the CME Group trust in the advertising disposition system from ARBOvision. CME is an international television broadcasting company operating the leading group of networks and stations across Central and Eastern Europe.
