ARBOmedia AG, the largest independent advertising sales house in Europe initiated its new project for professional training, named ARBO Academy.
The ARBO Academy was originated to support the cross national exchange of know-how within ARBOmedia. Thus, ARBOmedia strengthens its competent international network and assures an always ideal support to its clients.
The concept allows to bring together two employees from different countries of the international operating group. In each case, the partners work together actively on a project during a week or two. In addition, guest speakers of various media companies support the international exchange.
In the first step, the subsidiaries of Czech Republic and Slovakia had the opportunity to interchange and extend their expertise in terms of cross media and cross national marketing concepts. Furthermore, internal processes were closely contemplated and the internal communication between our subsidiaries was strengthened. „The ARBO Academy is for every employee an excellent chance to impropriate an own global way of thinking and not only to care about their own country. An indispensable measure, from which our clients will surely benefit.”, says Dr. Bronislav Kvasnicka, COO ARBOmedia AG. “The preparation is easy: be open-minded and active!
Up to now, four exchange programs were implemented. All parties appreciated the idea of the ARBO Academy. The subsidiaries exchanged experiences and views of cross national TV campaigns, TV sponsorships, internet and the general workflow of TV sales & marketing. Within the ARBOmedia, there is a lively interest for the ARBO Academy. Thus, more interdepartmental exchange programs are envisaged for the beginning of 2004.
