The Board of Directors of ARBOmedia AG gave procuration to their executive employees Gregor Battistini and Dr. Bronislav Kvasnicka. The procuration was registered at October 1st 2003 in the commercial register at the county court Munich. 33 year-old Gregor Battistini has worked for ARBOmedia AG since 2001 as Director Group Controlling and furthermore accounts for Investor Relations. Dr. Bronislav Kvasnicka, 35-year-old, fills the position of Chief Operating Officer of ARBOmedia AG since 2001.
