Munich, 20th January 2003 ARBOmedia AG, the leading independent marketer of advertising space for TV and online in Europe, got the permission to place their shares in the quality segment Prime Standard. Since its quotation in May 2000, the company has already been fullfilling all transparency requirements which are defined for the Prime Standard, such as quarterly reports, application of international accounting standard or ad hoc reporting obligation. Moreover, the ARBOmedia AG as a European-wide operating company, sets high value on positioning itself also towards international investors. In addition, the confidence of investors can continuously be strengthened through the quotation in the Prime Standard. "With its services, ARBOmedia concentrates on the emerging markets in Central and Southeastern Europe and at the same time invests in the lucrative Western European markets.
