07/02/2001 - ARBOvision signs exclusive marketing deal with Infostrada Sports

Munich/Basel. July 2nd, 2001. The international marketing agency ARBOvision, an affiliate of ARBOmedia.net AG, has acquired the exclusive rights to market Infostrada Sports data-bases in Greece, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Baltics. By request Infostrada Sports will also use the services of ARBOvision in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France. Infostrada Sports is a worldwide provider of sports content and delivers information to print me-dia, TV channels, radio stations as well as websites and sports events organisers. Core activities are their sophisticated data-bases containing sports content on more than 50 sporting activities.

As of June 1st ARBOvision holds the exclusive rights to market the sports data base of Infostrada Sports in Greece, Turkey, the Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Baltics. In those countries ARBOvision has acquired exclusive content marketing rights for all media, companies and sports event organisers.

ARBOvision, part of the Paneuropean ARBOmedia Group, will utilize a qualified team of media and sales experts in all countries from both ARBOvision and ARBOmedia.

Infostrada Sports is one of the leading international providers of sports information. Founded in 1995, Infostrada Sports has subsidiaries in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, Austria and Denmark. It delivers information services to digital as well as classic media, e.g. news papers, TV channels, websites and event organisers and also services SMS and WAP-providers.

The data bases contain extensive facts and figures on all areas of sport, e.g. on sports events, teams, athletes, sport results and sponsors. The services are complemented by a photo archive, various useful web links, software and important sport dates.
