07/23/2001 - ARBOmedia AG expands their supervisory board by three new members

Munich. 23. July 2001. At the first general shareholder meeting of ARBOmedia AG three new members of the supervisory board were elected. Additionally the supervisory board and the executive board were given the release for the financial year 2000. Further-more the name change from ARBOmedia.net AG to ARBOmedia AG was accepted.
Among the new members of the supervisory board are Günter Bolte, former member of the executive board of Jakobs-Suchard AG Switzerland, Florian Ebner, managing partner of Firmengruppe Ebner, Ulm, to which amongst others the Neue Medien Gesellschaft Ulm belongs to, and Alexander Trauttmansdorff, former member of the executive board and due to his former employments with MCA Universal and Kirch Gruppe a renowned international media expert.
Unchanged György von O´svath, special ambassador of Hungary to the European Union remains chairman of the supervisory board, vice chairman stays Eckhard Schomber, Department Director for Direct Banking at the BMW Bank.
