| ARBOmedia Di-Versus S.A, the Spanish subsidiary of the pan-European advertising sales house ARBOmedia is on the verge of successfully closing its reposition on the Spanish market. |

Until now ARBOmedia Di-Versus S.A. has focused on the marketing of public law media. In 2006 the marketing will be limited only to private contractors.
The strategic change was made possible as the market contract, with the regional media offerer Canal Sur, was finished at the end of 2005. Aside from the already signed contracts with a national radio network for the area of Andalusia and Catalonia, we expect signatures on two more contracts within the next few days.
The strategic changes of the stronger margin, profiting, private media market has in turn caused it be now on the brink of closing.
