Share trading is to be improved Munich, 5th Mai 2008 – In order to improve trading of their shares, ARBOmedia AG (Security Identification Number 548390) have contracted mwb Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Munich, as designated sponsor. From today, the new sponsor will be active in stock exchange trading on the trading platform Xetra and will see that there is an increase of assets at preferably low spreads. For ARBOmedia AG the engagement of a designated sponsor presents an important accompanying measure in the further development of their own investor relations measures. Olaf Bergner, member of the board of ARBOmedia AG, stated: "The assets in our shares is of high priority for us. By contracting the designated sponsor we create an important precondition for increasing the attractivity of ARBOmedia shares for investors". He went on to say: "We will therefore especially increase the interest of institutional investors in our shares and make ARBOmedia AG accessible for new investor groups".
